Q: I only need someone to check on my mother to make sure she is alright and taken meds, can you do this?
A: We offer 15 min calls (where appropriate) to just check up to make sure people are well or administer medication.
Q: I only need a one off visit, is this something you can do?
A: We can provide any number of visits from a one off, once a year or up to a few times a day.
Q: What if I don’t like a carer?
A: Not everyone can get along and we appreciate we are visiting you in your home, if you don’t want a certain carer that is your choice.
